newest work (egg-tempura and encaustic)

RIA TEUNISSE

Originally from The Netherlands, I studied Modern and Ancient Art
at  the art academies in Leiden and The Hague .
I paint with all kinds of materials within the encaustic method,
egg tempura, oil, watercolour and acrylic.

I was commissioned for mural work in the Biblical museum in Tarragona,
in 2005 by the Archbishop of Spain.

Most of the work I have is from commissions for
portraits and murals (modern and ancient techniques).
Beside this work I have also  run workshops.
